Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Product reviews

If you purchase one of our products you accept to give consent to receive a review email 5 days after purchase automatically. Your email address will also be added automatically to our mailing list upon purchase. Product reviews will be collected through a secure automated mailing service to guarantee trusted verified reviews ONLY of users who completed a purchase and obtained the product. This gives the other users of the website a valuable tool in considering their purchases. During reviews the review comment will be collected together with the display name of the customer on our website reviews form and their star rating for the product.  

Contact forms

When visitors leave a message on our contact page on the site we collect the data shown in the contact form. We collect your name, surname, email address and message. We keep contact form submissions indefinitely but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes unless this checkbox has been checked off on the contact form.

On our homepage, the blog posts subscribe popup as well as on the order confirmation page we collect the email address of users who fill in the newsletter opt-in form. This data is used to send promotional content, exclusive content and other content to the users through an email newsletter and can also be used for the promotion and marketing of our products.

On the checkout page we collect billing details and credit card information. The billing details will be used to add the user to our mailing list only if they checked the checkbox to add them to our newsletter mailing list. The functions of our mailing list are described above. The credit card details will only serve to complete the payment transaction and will not be stored by us.

Credit card details can be stored in cookies if the users checks the checkbox to remember their payment details for future uses on this website.

Cart abandonment

When a visitor enters their email address in the email text box at checkout and then decides not to complete the purchase, their email address will be collected. An hour after they entered their email address they will receive an automated cart abandonment email.

Cookies & Analytics

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We also use cookies to facilitate our Fit Shortie ads program. In this program, we use cookies to determine which ads users have seen, and how many times users have seen a particular ad.

When you decide to buy any of our products you accept that none of our products are refundable. When adding 2 of the same products in your cart where it is clear that the customer only wants or needs to buy 1 we will refund the customer. When something goes wrong during a transaction and payment was taken from the customer without a delivered product we will deliver the product directly to the customer.
